Ibuprofen is great for when you are feeling sore or achy. I have an L4/L5 sprain and sometimes after working 12+ hour shifts I am in too much pain to sleep. These not only alleviate the pain but help me relax and settle down after a long day.

I honestly use this when I really need to sleep, but cannot. It works faster, it is more effective, and does not leave you as groggy as melatonin that's supposed to be a natural supplement.

These actually really work very well. I threw my back out recently and was having pain and trouble sleeping. I took 2 of these and it helped my back and kept me asleep. Definitely did the job!
