When I have trouble sleeping due to pain I take two Advil PM. It helps to relieve my discomfort enough so that I can fall asleep. I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed because Advil PM allowed me to get a good nights sleep.

These will get you through the night! Sometimes I only need a half of a dose to take away the dull pain and put me in a slumber. Definitely effective and an important item for traveling in your overnight bag.

Great product! Whenever I'm in a little pain after the gym and I know its gonna bug me for a couple of days, I take 2 pills at night and I'm able to sleep through the pain! 

I love this product in terms of how quickly it works for pain relief and sleep. However it makes me so drowsy in the morning no matter how early before bed I take it. Overall I like it but wouldn't recommend for using during the work week.
