This pills gave you a instant relief when you are having a pain from sports or something else. I have try other brands but I feel that this one is the one that have helped me most when it comes to pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have pain associated with restless sleep these works really well with 38 grams of diphenhydramine and ibuprofen I would definitely purchase these again.

I usually just take regular Advil & it works just fine but this is good to take at night if you want some relief & good sleep thru the night. I don't wake up with cramps in the middle of the night when I take this.

When I work an evening shift and come home with achy knees and feet and can't seem to unwind and relax. I can take two and get a pain free nights sleep and wake up feeling refreshed not drowsy.

Great for aches and pains. Also helps you sleep and wake up pain free. Can't ask for more then that. This is great if you're hurting and you toss and turn alot and your stiff muscles are effecting your sleep.
