I use this to help me sleep when i'm in pain. This also has benedryl which is the ingredient that knocks you out. I prefer using this at night for that extra aid. I recommend this brand!

Advil always come in clutch. I usually get really bad headaches at the end of the day so I always take one of these if my headache is really bad & helps me get a better rest.

I like to use this night time Advil on nights when I have a shorter time to sleep, it's a lighter sleepy effect than melatonin and it's easier to wake up without any groggy side effects throughout the day.

These are great to use if you have slight pain that prevents you from sleeping. They're a perfect size. Easy to swallow. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to sleep it off. Definitely a good thing to have in the medicine cabinet.
