These work really well. If you can't sleep because of pain, these are right for you. They work pretty quick and helps you fall asleep. I didn't wake up drowsy either. I would definitely try this again and recommend.

I always have had a problem going to sleep. I tired these one night and I was up all night. It made me fall asleep for about an hiur and then was up the rest of the night.

Great to take if aching and want a full night's rest. Easy to swallow as well, so I keep them at my bedside table. I only take when have a busy day the next day.
