Works great for late night pains and headaches. It never makes me feel groggy in the morning and it helps put me right to sleep through the pain. I only use it about once every two weeks but I do recommend it.

Advil pm is a savior when I have a horrible headache. It helped with my pain and helped me get a good nights sleep. I buy it from any store. It's helpful when you're having a tough time sleeping. I'd continue to buy it.

Theses don't make me drowsy I'd be better off taking a sleeping aid and don't seem as strong as other pain relievers. I'll just buy both separate next time

I don't use this often, but sometimes you just need a pain reliever to help you sleep! I tried this after a 2 day intense fitness training and it relieved my pain and helped me get some rest!

I get really bad knee pains sometimes and often they keep me from sleeping. Luckily Advil PM helps me stay asleep and helps my pain go away by the time I wake up. Definitely will continue buying these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These caplets are a nice size, easy to swallow, has an attractive color and very effective when taken as directed. However I would have preferred if it contained only natural ingredients!

A great product. It relieves the pain and puts me to sleep every time. I would say it is comparable to any ibuprofen with sleep aid so not sure if the price for the Advil name is worth it. I always use for a red eye flight.

I take Advil PM after a long day of trail riding or being on my feet all day . It take the pain always when nothing else does and I am able to sleep within what feels like mins after taking it
