Is painkiller is great for menstrual Cramps and headaches. I take this pill anytime I'm in pain and I just need to go to sleep. By the time I wake up I feel much better

These work pretty well, I try to only take Pain pills when necessary, and I would reach for these if I needed a good night sleep after spraining an ankle, or some other minor injury. I only take 2 before bed, and it seems to do the trick

AdvilPm is one of my favorite pain reliever caplets. If you got any pain at night that won't let you go to sleep use AdvilPm it will make the pain goes away. You can find it in a pharmacy next to you.

Great for those sore achey days that turn into nights. Can take the recommended dose and have a restful night to repair and recover. DO NOT take if you have less that 7 hours to sleep.
