This product is definitely good for nighttime. Helped with a fever and body aches. I was definitely out like a lightbulb. Woke up a bit drowsy but overall the product helped.

i love these they help me sleep and take away the pian. I usually buy these at the local food store but you can find them anywhere i use these every time i am in pain and cant fall asleep
