This just does t bother my stomach as much as Tylenol. You can also get it just about anywhere. Depending on your body this may be a good product for you.

This stuff knocks me out but I can only take it if I know I can sleep for a solid 10-13 hours. I never take it on a night before work or I'm painfully drowsy.

This is a great product for when I'm traveling and need a good nights sleep it's really hard to get sleep on it overnight playing and this will knock me out

When I sleep I usually wake up with back pain however whenever I take one of these tablets before I go to sleep I do not wake up with back pain. Which is awesome! I love the fact this works for me (:
