[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil but it gives you nightmares. I had awful sleep with this. I'm sensitive to medication, so that may not be common. It did help falling asleep, but I didn't stay asleep. Not for me.

Often I'm so incredibly sore that I can't get a good night's sleep. That's when I take two of these and I'm out. It's around the same as Tylenol PM but it doesn't make me as groggy in the morning
