Love this product. I have had nights with back pain and found it hard to get comfortable and fall asleep. Taking 2 of these pills, I was out for the rest of the night. For me they worked within an hour and I woke up feeling refreshed.

Advil PM pain reliever and night time medicine works awesome. Helps relieve legs pains and helps me sleep soundly throughout the night. I don't like taking medications so it met the lower standards I have.

When ever its that time of the month this really helps me to reduce some of the pain that i go through, there small and easy to swallow withought any water when i just want the pain to go away

This is a great pain reliever that also helps me sleep through the night. I would say it is effective and I use it once a month or so. Affordable for what it does. I recommend to my athlete friends.

These are just your basic pain relievers but they are effective. Great for aches and pains induced by anything from working out, to old age pains. Definitely recommend this product.

I recently broke my leg after a nasty fall and it's hard to sleep at night because it hurts. The Advil pm really helps ease my discomfort and help me get to sleep to get the rest I need to heal. It rocks

This is a great product! The Advil helps relieve any tension or pain I have (mostly back pain) and the sleep aid helps me fall asleep more quickly. I really appreciate that both products are in a single tablet, and it's effective.

I love this product in terms of how quickly it works for pain relief and sleep. However it makes me so drowsy in the morning no matter how early before bed I take it. Overall I like it but wouldn't recommend for using during the work week.
