This works well when, like i use it for, have knee pain at night and it wakes you up it helps ease the pain and let's you sleep through the night easier.

I prefer Ibuprofen to Acetaminophen for my aches and pains, Advil PM is great for nights when the pain is making sleep hard to find. It helps to ease the pain and ease me to sleep so that I can wake up ready for the next day

I tried this product once and it had the opposite effect. I was up all night. It may just be my system but I will never try or buy this again. I felt jittery and unable to sleep. Not a good product for me.

If I am in pain and need to go to sleep to allow my body heal, I trust that this drug won't harm me and will alleviate the pain. When I wake up I feel like I'm ready for the day.
