I've used this product a couple of times and it's very effective. I wasn't disappointed with it. I bought this product at my local drugstore and wasn't to pricey. I would but it again but I might try something new next time I need some sleep.

These are the ones that I️ always reach for when i️ have a headache late at night. Helped me get a good nights sleep after having a headache all day. Knocked me out and I slept like a baby. I would recommend. Price isn’t too bad either.
