Sometimes I extremely tired and I get a bad headache and can’t sleep so I’ll take 2 of these and it’ll take the pain away and I am able to fall asleep. The only thing I dislike is how groggy I feel in the morning.

I have some issues with my neck. It causes pain in the back and sides of my head. I take a couple of the pms and it helps the pain and also helps me to rest. Definitely recommend.
