because of Osteoarthritis and past surgeries I never sleep more than a few hrs but last night I took 2 advil pm and slept like a rock , I couldn't believe I slept for 10 hrs , I have used this before and only take once per wk so that when I do use it I get results like last night thank you Pfizer

Being a mom of 3 boys, I usually have chaotic days that leave me feeling tired, sore and worn down come bedtime. I tried Advil PM and it definitely eased the muscle soreness and allowed me to drift off to sleep without staying up tossing and turning. It does cause a little grogginess in the AM but not for long. The taste is definitely a little bitter if you accidentally let the pill sit in your mouth too long before swallowing, which is odd considering regular advil tastes sweet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I have recently tried Advil PM and I have had a solid night's sleep for the past week. Wake up refreshed and not grogy. These work so well.

I need to let you know that I received this product for free, but the opinions are all my own. I was happy when the package arrived and it was an Advil product. We have Advil in our Medicine cabinet and we've used it for many years for aches and pains, but I've never thought to try the Advil-PM. I got 2 packs of the 8 capsule, travel size containers. Adults take two at a time, so two of these are an eight day supply. The tablets are relatively small and easy to swallow, without any after taste. The container can easily fit in a purse, pocket or suitcase. So, I have fibro, arthritis and depression. All three cause, or make worse sleep issues. The physical pain from the fibro and arthritis can keep me up all night and the mental strain from dealing with the pain makes it next to impossible to fall asleep. I have medications that I can take for these problems, but all of them make me drowsy the next morning. I'm in such a fog that I really can't do anything for hours. A pot of coffee helps. So, I took the Advil PM for 7 days. It took me 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours to fall asleep. Compared to my other medications, that's good. After falling asleep I slept well, no weird dreams and only waking 3 or 4 times that week. This didn't take care of all of my pain, but it took the edge off enough that I could fall asleep and stay asleep. The very best part is that I don't wake up all groggy in the mornings. I can get up and jump right into answering emails, starting laundry or running errands. I'm not losing half of my day anymore and I'm getting a good night's sleep. This doesn't solve all of my problems, but it sure gives me a lot more time to work on the issues. I'm so happy that this product found me. It's in our medicine cabinet now.

The PM part makes it easier to take at night because it helps get me to sleep. I wake up in the morning and headache is gone and I’m well rested. I trust anything that Advil puts out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil is my go to for pain relief. Sometimes I’m restless when I’m not feeling great and it’s hard to sleep. Advil PM addresses those concerns all in one. It’s not heavy duty so I’m not worried being in too deep of sleep.

This stuff really works! I take Advil usually once or twice a week if not more. And these Advil PM really work well for night time. I wouldn't say that they make me fall asleep quicker but they definitely keep the pain manageable while Im sleeping so Im not constantly up and down all night.
