Knocks me out, but in the best way. When I'm super sick and thus can't sleep, this literally makes me fall asleep in less than one minute once the symptoms lessen. Crazy satisfied, although my friends might not be when I fall asleep mid-conversation on Facetime/text.

This pain reliever works miracles!  And thank goodness for the PM part.  It had me sleeping like a baby!  I feel that this product is very effective and affordable.  It's like taking two medications in one.  I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive this Advil PM in gel cap form. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain which can sometimes keep me up at night. The gel cap works quickly and not only relieves the pain but allows me to sleep and not wake up drowsy.
