[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in a car accident over 10 years ago and was also in pain I couldn’t sleep, but when I took Advil p.m. it helped me sleep because it is some pain. I do not do well on prescription pain medication’s, but this definitely helped. And you don’t get those horrible side effects. It’s worth a try.

I tried taking these and it helped a lot. I was able to sleep throughout the night without any issues and woke up feeling better. I will definitely be repurchasing these.

However, it doesn't keep you asleep/last very long and what's worse, it leaves you groggy but not rested. I wouldn't recommend it. I received this as a free sample to try but my opinions are my own.

As someone who suffers with back pain and my husband suffers with knee pain, sleep isn't always the easiest when we are uncomfortable. On the nights that are bad we would take a dose of the Advil PM and actually be able to get some sleep. Doesn't make sleeping difficult and actually treats the pain like it's supposed to. Definitely recommend!

It took my pain away fairly quickly and I got a great night sleep when using it. If you are looking for a night time pain medicine I’d definitely recommend this product.
