The best medicine for pain. When I feel very sick and do not know what to do, the first thing I do is take this and it works for me perfectly. It is very good and the effect is immediate. I always recommend it because I know it works and I would buy it a thousand times.

I’d say the effects lasted about 12 hours and I was able to sleep comfortably thru the night. The packaging is small enough you can bring it with you on trips or anywhere you’ll need a little help falling asleep.

I have a few ailments that prevent me from going to sleep and staying asleep. First, a shoulder issue from an injury that often times makes it hard for me to go to sleep because of how I am laying in bed. Next, I have developed lower back pain when I sleep on my stomach and overnight, if I roll over and end up on my stomach, I am awoken from the lower back pain. I have taken sleep aids in the past, but I never had success with either helping me get to sleep, stay asleep or worse, making me feel really groggy in the morning. AdvilPM has changed that for me. I can say it did help make me sleepy but it did not knock me out. BUT it did make it easier for me to fall asleep because the pain relief is always the best for me.

These are 200 mg tablets and the recommended dose is 2 caplets at bedtime. Just be careful because overuse of NSAIDs causes bleeding and ulcers.
