[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking Advil for years.But during a particularly rough, painful night I decided to try these Advil PMs. I was relieved that they were fast aching. Better yet, I was able to get to sleep right away. I even slept through the night without waking up once. Not only did I wake up pain free, but I woke up refreshed with no grogginess.

His product works fast and does what it says it does . Advil pm gets a perfect 5 out of 5 Stars for fast relief. Thank you Advil for a great product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does help you fall asleep if you really need it, and it is effective for pain. However, it doesn't keep you asleep/last very long and what's worse, it leaves you groggy but not rested. I wouldn't recommend it. I received this as a free sample to try but my opinions are my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] our family reaches out to Advil for any of our NSAID OTC needs mainly for OTC pain relief and bloating/cramps due to PMS. We feel most comfortable taking the original OG advil products and for this reason we probably will not purchase advil PM in the future. This is solely because we do not take products with added diphenhydramine citrate as an active ingredient for SLEEP/Nighttime use. And in case anyone is the active ingredient in Benadryl and other similar allergy products which causes a handful of negative side effects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took 2 of these caplets before bed the other night and I slept better than I’ve slept in awhile. I did not wake up groggy and while the capsule are on the bigger side, they were easy to swallow. I have bad back issues since having my son, but the small amount of ibuprofen in these is just enough to help relieve that pain enough for me to fall asleep. I would recommend these for the occasional sleep aid. They work as described.

PM caplets are really nice on nights you need to sleep but pain is keeping you up ( for me, I have hip pain that wakes me). Sound sleep without waking up groggy from the aftermath of some sleep aids. Will purchase again.

I am a big fan on the night time pain reliever and sleep aid.  I missed this on those sleepless pregnancy nights when I could only take Tylenol!!!  We keep this close in the house, and it is a must have for those long achey days and you just need a good night rest.

I say this helped me get a full nights rest that I have been lacking. It’s so much easier to fall asleep and then I stay asleep! My pain from my shoulders and neck is gone and stays gone all night. I say this works like a dream only it’s not a dream it’s real! I really do like taken this and I will continue to use it so long as I have my aches.
