It does not just relieve the pain that is causing you to stay awake it also has a gentle nighttime sleep aid that kicks in quick to put you to sleep. I used to wake up during the night because of body pain but after taking Advil PM I sleep the whole night through. On a scale of 1 to 10 it is an easy 10! It has made such a positive impact of my life. Now it comes in little home & travel packs. Small enough to stick in your pocket and travel with. Its a great companion!

I’m having a lot of trouble falling asleep and this seems to do the trick. I do recommend only taking this if you have someone to take care of your baby. I do not wake up groggy.

When I was a child I was a victim of a hit & run, while walking to school. And now that I am older I have a lot of aches and pain. My back, shoulder, knees and my leg that had been broken, all ache a lot. The advil Pm helps with my body pain and helping me fall asleep and stay asleep. I have only tried using this when I really need to. Because I don't want to take medicine on a daily basis. So, when I have used this, I my body has been aching a lot. And the Advil Pm has worked! I also have let a few friends try the Advil Pm to see if it'd help them and they each had great luck with it! I definitely recommend trying it! With having arthritis sometimes I need ibuprofen to help with my inflamed joints, however in the evening the pain can keep me up and I end up taking melatonin to work alongside with it. This medication worked for me when I need that dual action to take effect. I didn’t feel overly drowsy or unable to wake up at my usual time in the morning. It was pain effective and helped me gently fall asleep without being too strong like some other sleeping aids can do.
