Yes, it relieved my headache and helped me to sleep. But left me feeling "drugged" the entire next day. Used it once and threw away the rest

Most of the time, healthy eating along with stretching, hydration and plenty of rest keep me making progress and improving from week to week. Every so often, though, I get a lingering soreness that needs more. Usually it's leg issue, and a single dose of Advil PM an hour before bedtime is all it takes to get me back to 100%.

There is a helpful sleeping aid in them along with the ibuprofen. Was still able to get up and use the bathroom during rest, but drifted to sleep easier. Did not feel groggy the next day.

Every once in a while, I need help going to sleep. This product really does help! It is not addicting at all. Just make sure you get enough sleep when you take it or you will feel terrible. Also, sometimes you may have odd dreams. Not scary dreams, just odd ones. Or I do anyways.

I struggle to get to sleep many nights. I get up for work super early in the morning and it is a struggle to get going in the morning and even when I am dead tired by the end of the day I still can't seem to fall asleep easily.
