I like taking these only as needed especially when I’m having mild pain as opposed to taking a sleeping pill. I did receive this complementary for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pulled a muscle at work last week. This Advil PM has helped take the edge off so I can fall sleep at night. I use it with an ice pack. The combination really helps me relax enough to nod off. I take 2 at night with a glass of water. I do not experience any stomach upset. I start to feel a bit sleepy about 30-45 minutes later.

After trying this I found out it works great. The pill itself is very easy to swallow, worked with in about a half hour and I was able to get a good night sleep without suffering from my back pain. I would reccomand Advil PM to those who can't sleep from body issuses that cause you light body pains.

The only thing I woke up groggy the next day but that can be yo me not taking sleeping aides really. I would still purchase it to use here and there.

This morning I woke up feeling refreshed and the headache was gone. I’m really glad that I found something to relieve the pain.

These are life savers. My mom got me onto these when I am having difficulty sleeping because of low back pain or period cramps that keep me up at night and they work so well, The liquid caps are the best because they work fast. I highly recommend these, they absolutely work and I will always keep repurchasing.

I’m sure you would agree that theres no worst pain than being in pain during bedtime. When you’re ready to get some much needed rest, but that pain is keeping you up - distracting you from those zzz’s. These pills help eliminate that. Pain quickly becomes a distant memory, allowing you to get much needed rest! I’ve tested this so far on two different occasions - one being my back and the other a headache. The pills quickly got to work, and I began to feel more comfortable and at ease, as the pain faded away. The rest I got was amazing! They’re a staple from now on
