I take two of these when I have really bad cramps and the pain goes away in a few minutes. This stuff is amazing!!

I usually have to take a couple, but it's fast acting and easy to swallow because they aren't so big and bulky

Avil is a life saver for my headed! I take one and my headed is gone. Is very affordable too and you can find pretty much any super market.
