My boyfriend and I always keep Advil on hand. He is particularly fond of the effectiveness of these and it's one of the name brands that we spend a bit extra for. The instructions and dosage is easy to follow and remember. We don't have any children around, but the packaging has a safety cap which is always great to know. Overall, a good value medicine we'll continue to stock.

Advil has always been one of my "go to" medications for headaches, body aches, tooth pain, etc. It works fast and effectively. Easy to swallow tablets. Packaging is easy to find, unique, and easy to open. Taking just two tablets always did the job for me when I would have to take more than the suggested doses of other pain relievers. No bad taste or odor. Worth the hype then and definitely still worth the hype today.

Same great pain relief as the coated tablets in the bottle, except the little envelopes are way too hard to tear open. The envelopes aren't paper; they're made of some coated plastic-like stuff that doesn't tear easily unless you position the little notch just right. Next time I'll save myself some hassle and pay an extra few cents for the bottle.
