I like using advil whenever I have a headache. It takes the pain away after like five minutes. And they are usually easy to take.

My go to pain pills. I don't regularly take pain medicine but when ever my pain is severe i take advil. Acts fast. Long lasting relief.

I carry one of these in my hiking pack and one in my work/out bag. These have saved me from big ouchies on and off the trail.
