Whenever I have a headache just two of these help. Most things I need to take more then two but Advil seems to help with just two.

This are great , they help with headaches and for when you're on your period.They are great pain killers. 

Just like any Advil tablet. I try to only take one and sometimes that is enough. I do occasionally take 2 depending on the activity.
