Great to use for cramps or aches. Just remember to eat something before taking it so you don't feel nauseous.

Will get rid of a headache but doesn’t help with muscle aches, nothing too special and HORRIBLE for your liver

I only drink one bc it’s really strong for me. I personally like it bc it helps my head aches and cramps. It’s a good price so I would recommend it.
