I have lots of back pain so especially my shoulder when im in pain i know taking advil will help me get the pain away and works very quick

Works just not as fast as I would like when in pain. I would advice taking the pill before the pain.

Advil works for pain and aches. But I do say, that you got to have patience for relief to reach your system.

It does do a great job and sometimes it doesnt it do its relif pains in it... It only works when i have headaches
