This is my go to pain reliever for headaches and fever because it lasts longer and I find it to be more effective than Tylenol.

Advil takes away the headache after it kicks in (usually an hour beforehand.) It's really effective and does the job.

I know these aren't good for you but they are the most helpful of all the pain relievers I've used. I carry a bottle with me always.

They work great for headaches. But as far muscle aches and cramps go you need like two to get through the pain

When I use Advil it takes my headaches away within like an hr , which isn't so bad, other types of medicine don't help as much.
