I rarely take Advil but when I do it get pretty quick relief from the good ol fashion ones. Nothing crazy or fancy just basic Advil.

Great for aches and cramps. 4 stars cause I will always choose Tylenol over Advil, I just feel that Tylenol does that job quicker and better.
