I use Advil for all of my major aches and pains. I get frequent head aches and Advil gets rid of the pain quicker than most alternatives and I don’t have to take as many pills for it to work. It’s the only medicine I really use.

Advil is the only thing that works for me. I have tried taking tylenol and it doesn't work at all. I usually have to take 800mg but it does work. They are not expensive and small pills if you have a problem with taking pills.
