I keep a pack of Advil in my backpack just in case I might need them. I often get headaches or cramps in public, so I like to have these with me. They work so well and fast, even for really bad cramps. I would definitely recommend these.

Advil works for me when I have a headache or body pains. I have tried tylenol and it won't touch what advil does. I don't take it often at all, but when I do it works within 30 mins! Fevers especially.
