Although I try to stay away from medicine, I will take Advil if I really need it. It's cheap and very affective. It makes my headaches go away within 20 minutes. I prefer this over any other pain killers.

This is obviously the best brand. However, I only give it 4 because it is so much more expensive than the generic brand, which I can get at the pharmacies for much cheaper.
