Advil is the next step of Tylenol. If I ever am having a headache or some type of pain coming on I start with Tylenol. If that doesn’t work like I need it to then I move to Advil. It works very effectively.

Can’t complain, they definitely help with my headaches. I usually reach for ibuprofen if anything but this usually does just as well which is fine for me if it’s around. I’d recommend but it’s nothing special.
