Can’t complain, they definitely help with my headaches. I usually reach for ibuprofen if anything but this usually does just as well which is fine for me if it’s around. I’d recommend but it’s nothing special.

Helps me for muscle soreness and pain after workouts, usually the next day when needed. Also helps for inflammation and relieves the average tension headache. I usually take two or three at first and then follow the instructions.

I don’t know what i would do without this stuff anytime i have a headache or any ache at all it cures it within 30 minutes. It is not hard to swallow and doesn’t taste bad because the coating. It is also relatively cheap!!
