Advil helps my menstrual cramps this is the only reason I take this. I have found over the years that this is the only thing that helps so it meets expectations over everything else and I would definitely buy it again

Helps for headaches, body aches, menstrual cramps, etc. The active ingredient ibuprofen seems to work better for me than acetaminophen. These pills have a good taste on the coating too!

Advil is great, but I can never really justify buying name brand. I like than I can find it everywhere, from gas stations to grocery stores, and that I can always count on it. Satisfied overall.
