I think Advil (ibuprofen) works best for muscle cramps but I do think for anyone who has a sensitive stomach, they should try to take this with a little bit of food and something to drink. Advil is my go to. I won't use anything else! These also taste good... as weird as that sounds. It's like a sugary coating so you don't get that chalky bitter taste that some pills have. They're small and easy to swallow and work in about 30 minutes.
