Midol isnt as effective for me, and regular Advil does its job but wears off after about six hours. However, this product provided long-lasting relief from my cramps. It might not have been a full eight hours, but it came close. I took two caplets with water and felt much better on my worst day.

I was a little skeptical about using this but I tried it and it was so nice not having to carry around two different pills and taking them at different times. I have suffered from chronic pain for almost ten years now and not many OTC pain meds work for me but with this one I can actually feel some relief. I believe the combination of acetaminophen and ibuprofen together is what makes these work better than other similar products. The relief lasts for quite awhile too so it's not something you have to take too often. Overall if you are like me and don't get much pain relief from other common OTC meds I would definitely give these a try and see how you like them! They are easy to swallow as the tablets are small.
