If they are the same price at the store, or if there were a coupon I'd maybe buy it again, but didn't see the big deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use Advil gel capsules just the plain one and it always gets the job done and with this I didn't feel anything different to be honest but I know that acetaminophen is a pain reliever as well as NSAIDs I truly feel that this product worked well but I don't think that people are going to be able to tell the difference between just the regular Advil pill and the dual action. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm allergic to ibuprofen (NSAID) so i didn't try it, but my husband had a terrible headache and I gave him this and he said he felt relief after 30 minutes, pain went away . I for sure will consider this for him, according to him a very good pain relief
