[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took Advil dual action for a headache and I saw instant relief. I love that I am getting the same milligram of pain reliever I normally take (generic brand acetaminophen) but this is a combination which relieves faster, and safer on your body.

The dual action medication helped relieve headaches, but it did not help as premedication for a doctor's appointment. I would consider buying this again if the combo made sense and I didn't always have the two medications separately.

Even with taking 2 pills, the effects of the pills were not as long as generic Ibuprofen. I would not go out of my way to purchase this product. I will be sticking with my generic pain reliever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil Dual Action Coated Caplets with Acetaminophen, 250 Mg Ibuprofen and 500 Mg Acetaminophen Per Dose (2 Dose Equivalent) for 8 Hour Pain Relief. I personally don't use over the counter pain relievers, per my doctor's suggestion. But my husband put these to the test while going through a cluster of headaches. He did find that these dual action coated caplets worked quickly and he found fairly long lasting relief. With the weather going from hot to cold, back to hot then cold again, these will definitely be added to our medicine cabinet to easy grab and go access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With chronic neck and shoulder pain, I decided to give this a try. With just two pills, the pain subsided and I felt pretty good. The only side effect that I experienced was drowsiness, but it wasn't very bad. The two pills lasted well over 12 hours before the pain came back. I will continue to take the Dual Action Advil for my aches and pains.
