Helped with the muscle and joint pain and made feel less sore in the morning. Highly recommend it. You get the benefit of 2 pills!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I didn't get the racing heart I usually get with acetaminophen (without caffeine) and the dosing is strange. In no literature that I have read as a pharmacy technician does it recommend you dose either of these medications in the doses you are taking. Although it may have enteric coating which would slow its roll in breaking down in your stomach. I would like to do further research on this medication before continued usage.

It combines Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Advil (ibuprofen) in one product. Good to knock out some things but, as a pharmacy technician, I prefer to alternate the two drugs every few hours at a slightly higher dose for longer lasting relief. But many people may not know how or what quantities to take so this could be more beneficial to those people.

This did well as far as fast acting, but as far as long lasting... Meh. It's not my favorite. It didn't last as long as I expected, and my aches and pains were back in about an hour. If you're looking for long lasting relief, I would bypass this product.
