It's the only pain reliever I buy since it has both I know that it'll help with any pain. Sometimes I feel like if I just use acetaminophen it doesn't always work and vice versa with ibuprofen. Maybe it's just certain pains respond better to one or the other. I take this and I just know it'll help with any pain. I highly recommend and have continued to repurchase multiple times!

Make sure to not take more than the recommended dosing of acetaminophen and/or ibuprofen. Also make sure you are not using this in addition to stand alone acetaminophen or ibuprofen products to ensure proper dosing.
