I usually alternate between ibuprofen and tylenol as it usually works best for me but I always struggle on remembering which to take next as its usually during a busy work day. This took about 30min to start working when I woke up with really bad cramps but then the pain relief lasted much longer than my previous methods and I didnt have to remember which to take next! it was easy on my sensitive stomach too. i just took it 2x a day and didmt need more than that. I'm hooked! I def will be using this from now on.

Also helps a lot with any other pain I have. As it gets colder my legs start aching and I have frequent headaches so this is my go to.

The combination of ibuprofen and acetaminophen helps it work even harder to eliminate any pain, whether it be cramps, muscle pain, aches, etc. It works for longer than most painkillers, coming in at a solid 8 hours. Ive used both types of painkillers simultaneously in the past (theyre processed by different organs, so theres no risk of damage), but two pills instead of 3-4 makes a big difference when youre on the go.

If you're someone who has a hard time swallowing pills this one is oblong and not very big making it a little easier.

Im so glad we had these to help ease the pain from the tedious work of hurricane prepping our home! Works quickly and lasts. My husband is a Marine and has constant pain in his knees these helps him so much.
