I was already a fan of Advil but the dual action (ibuprofen + acetaminophen) really helps knock out any pain. I get frequent headaches and sometimes they dont go away for hours and hours, even with Advil or Tylenol. The combo has seemed to work well in getting rid of them much quicker! My mom has tried it for her knee pain and said it helped also.

It doesn't seem like it's a big difference compared to basic Advil or Tylenol which is why I gave it four stars. I'd buy again but only if the prices were similar to each other.

I switched this for my typical migraine medication and felt it worked pretty similar. In addition I tried it with a family member and they said it worked well.

It is dual action and heavy on the stomach so make sure you have a glass of water and something to drink with this. It does the job though, plus travel sized can easily go in a purse or pocket.

You can use this Advil to relieve minor aches and pains due to headache, back ache, muscular aches, toothache, minor pain of arthritis, and menstrual cramps. I found it to be very helpful with my cramping due to my cycle.
