Also helps a lot with any other pain I have. As it gets colder my legs start aching and I have frequent headaches so this is my go to.

It knocked out the headache in 20 min which was great! It helped a little with the sore wrist but I couldnt tell much of a difference in my shoulders.

Make sure to not take more than the recommended dosing of acetaminophen and/or ibuprofen. Also make sure you are not using this in addition to stand alone acetaminophen or ibuprofen products to ensure proper dosing.
