I have been purchasing this product for years. My latest purchase is so disappointing! It is no longer an unscented, lightweight product you can use with or without water. The consistency & awful scent are kin to CHEAP motel shampoo. I will be returning this product & start looking for another that is similar to the original! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This product is not the (gentle) daily facial cleanser that they state it is, it is the daily cleanser. The gentle cleanser has almost no scent but the daily cleanser has an offensive odor and is harsh on the skin. I returned it! They used to carry the gentle cleanser but went to the daily cleanser and still advertise that it is the gently cleanser.

I have been using your products since I was 16 and I'm now 50 years old. I brought some cetaphil about a week ago and I noticed that it stated new and improved. I wondered how could you change something that was already so great. I absolutely hate your new product. It feels greasy and it smells awful. Please go back to your original formula.

I highly recommend this product. I use this cleanser every night to remove my makeup and it does not leave my skin dry like other face cleansers. I have oily skin and this helps remove the excess oil from my face. I love how soft my face is after I use it. I have never been able to find a cleanser that actually clears my skin without drying it out and this does the trick.

I have used the daily skin cleanser “For All Skin Types” for many years. It was the only formula that did NOT contain glycerin. Glycerin is made from SOY which is one of the top things people are allergic to. Many people don't even realize that they are allergic to it until they find products that don't have it. Then their skin problems magically go away. It is so disappointing that Cetaphyl has “improved” their formula by contaminating it with glycerin. It is very hard to find products that don't contain glycerin.

I have been using and loving the Daily Facial Cleanser for years. Now they've changed the formula and I HATE it. It's thin and watery, smells bad, makes my face dry and I'm starting to break out again. I am SO disappointed Cetaphil would choose to change something that was working so well and am heartbroken that I'll have to start looking for another product that works for me. PLEASE return to the original formula.

Cetaphil has been my go to facial cleanser for years. After a brief period of switching to the gentle formula, I'm back to my true love, the daily facial cleanser. Cetaphil has been great for my combination skin. It helps prevent my acne breakouts (which I had much more of on the gentle formula), while not drying out my skin too much. It has a slight clean smell, which I love as someone who cannot handle strong fragrances. It also lasts a long time, I only need one pump of product to wash my face. When paired with a good moisturizer, your skin will look nice and fresh and feel ready for the day.

I've used this for about 5 years! I'm extremely acne prone but this wash never caused me to have any breakouts. It foams well so it works good at removing my makeup and any oil from throughout the day! I also love how it makes my skin feel clean without being stripped.

I've used this cleanser to help with my acne and it's done wonders. It removes my makeup so I rarely have to use my micellar water, leaves a clean feel on the skin without tightness of the skin, and the ingredients are great. It leaves your face clean throughout the day so it lasts a while, recommend this to those with skin combination.
