I purchased this Cetaphil cleanser (along with the daily moisturizer) about a month ago, and I started seeing results within 7 days of using it! I have tried so many products in the past and nothing seemed to work for my extremely oily skin. I would be ashamed to step outside of my house without makeup. Now, I leave my house confidently with clear skin thanks to this wonderful product!

This is a great face wash for sensitive skin. It doesn't have a strong scent. It leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh without feeling dry or burning. It rinses off easily and doesn't leave a residue. You get a lot in the container so it lasts quite a while.

The wipes are great for makeup removal do any skin type and they get the job done without leaving skin tight. Following up with the wash just makes everything better. Removes anything left over, cleanses the pores without irritation and leaves your face clean and smooth.

I use this product in the shower and in the morning. It rinses easily and cleans very well. It is a really thin consistency and I wish that is would suds up a little more on that face. After washing, it does not leave a residue and does a great job keeps my face feeling clean all day.

Please note, Cetaphil makes two different skin cleansers and their packaging is very similar. There is GENTLE SKIN CLEANSER and there is DAILY FACIAL CLEANSER. Sam’s used to sell the GENTLE cleanser, which is what my dermatologist recommended. He was the one who pointed out that there are two and they look nearly identical if you don’t actually pay much attention to what it says on the packaging. Unfortunately at some point recently, Sam’s started carrying the DAILY FACIAL CLEANSER, and there is a difference between the two, for those that have very sensitive skin, Sam’s is misleading customers by using the word GENTLE in the title of this product as it is not Cetaphil’s “gentle” product. If that is the product you want, then please note, that this one Sams is selling is not the “gentle skin cleanser” you may have purchased in the past.

I switched to Cetaphil back in my mid-teens when I was experiencing bad break outs. It really helped me deal with my acne-prone skin and didn't overly dry it. I've been using it ever since and it never fails to disappoint except sometimes after a very heavy day, it doesn't clean my skin as well.

A great gentle cleanser that works well for daily use. It removes oil and dirt without stripping my skin or causing irritation. I like how simple and effective it is, especially for sensitive or acne-prone skin. The only thing is that it doesn't remove heavy makeup, but as a daily cleanser it's really reliable

Why would you change a product that people have been using forever? The"improved product is definitely not improved. It is runny like water.The pump bottle is cheaper ,squirts all over the sink top and continues to drip afterward.After over 30 years of using and highly recommending this product it is time for me to find another facial cleanser.Must be cheaper to make. There are some products you know you can always count on. I always thought Cetaphil was one.
