I really don't understand some of the reviews about the scent. It has always smelled like this ever since I was in high school from 08 to 2011. The fragrance smells refreshing. And honestly the old formula dried out my face MORE. The new formula is a win for me. It effectively keeps my face moisturized but washes away my oily spots perfectly. And if a cleanser does dry you out, try turning your water temperature down to lukewarm when washing your face, That could be one of the reasons your face dries out with this cleanser. THE NEW FORMULATION IS A WIN, PLEASE DO NOT GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL. AS AN ESTHETICIAN I APPROVE OF THIS PRODUCT AND I'M GLAD I CAME BACK TO THIS AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.

For quite some time, I have been looking for a good facial cleanser that does not foam. I bought a travel size of this product and absolutely love it. I love the fragrance and the texture. My face feels clean and not dry. I will definitely buy the large size and continue to use this product!

Product dries my skin.

Cetaphil has been my go to facial cleanser for years. After a brief period of switching to the gentle formula, I'm back to my true love, the daily facial cleanser. Cetaphil has been great for my combination skin. It helps prevent my acne breakouts (which I had much more of on the gentle formula), while not drying out my skin too much. It has a slight clean smell, which I love as someone who cannot handle strong fragrances. It also lasts a long time, I only need one pump of product to wash my face. When paired with a good moisturizer, your skin will look nice and fresh and feel ready for the day.

I use this product in the shower and in the morning. It rinses easily and cleans very well. It is a really thin consistency and I wish that is would suds up a little more on that face. After washing, it does not leave a residue and does a great job keeps my face feeling clean all day.

I've been using the Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser and facial wipes as part of my daily routine, and they work really well for normal to oily skin. The cleanser provides a deep yet gentle clean, removing dirt and excess oil without stripping my skin. I use it twice a day, and it doesn't cause irritation or dryness. The ingredients feel mild and suitable for sensitive skin. The facial wipes are convenient for quick cleansing and leave my skin feeling fresh and clean without residue.

Cetaphil is always a very reliable brand in my experience and this cleanser was no different. The cleanser gives a thorough cleanse without being stripping or tightening. Also the cleanser does not leave behind any residue. I have sensitive skin and this did not cause irritation or breakouts.

I used the original Gentle Skin Cleanser for many, many years. It worked very well for me. I have use the new version once. I may give it a few days, but I am searching for a replacement. I have not heard any complaints about the old formula. I do not know why you would think your customers would want a change.

Please note, Cetaphil makes two different skin cleansers and their packaging is very similar. There is GENTLE SKIN CLEANSER and there is DAILY FACIAL CLEANSER. Sam’s used to sell the GENTLE cleanser, which is what my dermatologist recommended. He was the one who pointed out that there are two and they look nearly identical if you don’t actually pay much attention to what it says on the packaging. Unfortunately at some point recently, Sam’s started carrying the DAILY FACIAL CLEANSER, and there is a difference between the two, for those that have very sensitive skin, Sam’s is misleading customers by using the word GENTLE in the title of this product as it is not Cetaphil’s “gentle” product. If that is the product you want, then please note, that this one Sams is selling is not the “gentle skin cleanser” you may have purchased in the past.

The size of these products are perfect and they last a long time which helps me to save money. These products hydrate my face and make my skin feel refreshed and look refreshed. It is very convenient having all the items together to be able to take care of the different areas of needs for my skin. This product is very fresh smelling and makes me feel beautiful.
