Absolutely the best headache medicine ever made. I keep a travel size with me at all times. There's a big bottle in my medicine cabinet. Excedin PM is in my bedside table. For me personally, it usually works pretty quickly and will kick in, in about 30 minutes. This has been my go to for a while now and my brother and I always have this on hand. Packaging is the usual bottle for pills and is easy enough to open but not so much so that I have to worry my niece or nephew will open it.
