These extra strengths are great for a normal headache or normal pain whatsoever, but I have a variety of Excedrin products in my medicine cabinet, but this one is my go-to. It has great timing and it targets the pain very well. You also get a lot for your money. Amazing product, love it and will continue to buy this always

I have pretty severe headaches due to having several brain surgeries and this is the only over the counter medication that works for me. I like it because it doesn’t take more than 20 minutes and I have some relief whereas it takes up to an hour for any relief from other over the counter meds.

I’ve been using it for so long, but as of 12/18/20, they are not what they use to be. I ordered some on line and they had a number on it vs the E. Now they have the E but smaller and do not work like they use to. Which really sucks. I won’t buy any more. They screwed up a good thing that helped a lot of ppl. How crappy

This is one of the best pain reliever is out there one time I had a toothache and it instantly relieve me of all the pain and the pressure I was feeling at the moment is definitely affordable I will recommend this to anyone that’s having any type of pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how effective Excedrin is because in addition to getting rid of my tension headaches, it helps a lot with muscle pain, back pain, and helps me stay active. I really like the combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine. Its presentation is very practical and the effect is almost immediate for a quick recovery.

I am prone to headaches and the caffeine in these seems to do the trick to get rid of it! I don’t necessarily understand the difference between Tylenol and Advil, but I’m happy with this product!

If you take this as directed it is a fantastic help to your headaches. Taking it more often will cause liver failure. My husband was taking this multiple times a day because of a work accident. He ended up having to stop because his liver was so bad. So this product is fantastic if only taken as directed

This works so well if I’m really sore or having cramps. This works instantly and stays working for a long time. I find that this is better for me than Midol. Although I don’t use medicine very much I like that this relieves many different types of pains!
