I am sensitive to caffeine and the caffeine in this made me jittery. Probably would be great if you are not especially caffeine sensitive. I will probably stick to ibuprofen.

Excedrin, extra strength headache really helps take the edge off on those random yet stubborn headaches! It comes in a child lock bottle and the active ingredients are Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Caffeine. Count sizes vary and are sure to fit any budget. Definitely worth a try.

I think I had some kind of allergic reaction. I don’t know how to explain it but this medicine isn’t for me.

This is a generously sized bottle, so we will get lots of use out of it. I sometimes avoid it later in the day due to the caffeine, which keeps me awake. My husband, however, isn't bothered by it so your experience may be different. Overall great product. For the price point, it's a great thing to have in your medicine cabinet!

I like that they include a combo of acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine to help relieve headaches and pain! Excedrin extra strength starts to work pretty fast after being taken, and last a while before needing to retake them. This bottle comes with a good amount of caplets for the price.
