I took the 2 pills as required but didn’t need to take more than that in a day. I would recommend to those who get headaches from a multitude of things.

When i wake up with a headache, i immediately reach for the Excedrin. it's keeps me awake as it contains caffeine and after 10 minutes i forget i ever had a headache to begin with. this also works for other cramps and aches. i always take mine with a meal or snack, otherwise it upsets my stomach.
