I use it for head and body aches, and it also helps with other issues like arthritis and toothaches. I keep this on hand because I know I'll get fast relief in a very convenient caplet in a trusted brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes when you get a tension headache, and you just needed it to go away, it’s always good to have a bottle of Excedrin on hand, especially the extra strength headache. I love that it contains acetaminophen along with the aspirin and then it throws in a kick of caffeine to constrict those blood vessels to help the headache go away as soon as possible. Easy to swallow works great.

If you're looking for an effective product that will help out with any sort of ache, this is it! While I can't speak for major aches, I think these can still help. Just be sure to take in moderation or follow the directions in the back.

Smells like aspirin lol. Beware of the caffeine if you are sensitive! It can upset your stomach (it did mine), so just be wary. The caffeine will boost the aspirin to work faster on your pain, but don't trade one for another. THIS IS JUST ME THOUGH

I suffer from both of these and find that Excedrin works great if I take it as soon as I feel an onset. I have found this also helps with minor pain and headaches. I recommend for pain relief.

Overall, I have found these pills to work well when that afternoon headache comes on. It helps that this otc medicine comes with caffeine. The only downfall is I don't think I'll be able to use this during pregnancy or late at night as I won't want to take caffeine super late at night.

Literally the best OTC when it comes to my headaches. I was diagnosed with headaches when I was 10. Now, anytime I have that tingle, I reach for my Excedrin. I wouldn’t care if it was expensive, I’d still buy it. Highly recommend for all types of headaches
