I will say be aware because this does have caffeine in it as well as acetaminophen and asprin. I took 2 pills with a full glass of water. In order to open the pill bottles, you have to push and turn like most pill bottles, but it is not hard to open. I think this is a good-sized bottle and a great value since this does work. I will for sure keep this in my medicine cabinet.

This is the only over the counter medication that relieves the pressure when I get a headache. I have tried all the other competitive products none of them work like the extra strength Excedrin. It typically takes 30 minutes and I’m wondering where my headache went. I’m not sure if It’s the combination of aspirin and caffeine that makes it work, but it’s definitely my go to.

They are a good value compared to the other brands. It always works fast and gives me relief for my headaches. I highly recommend for anyone suffering from headaches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good amount of pills per package. Scent of pills isn’t great, but isn’t enough to make you gag. This product didn’t work for me because that amount of caffeine causes my body to shake and I cannot concentrate.

This helps so much with my headaches when I get them. It is fast acting and starts working within 20 mins for me. It works better than any other headache relief medicine I've tried. I would buy this again and I will continue to. I will also recommend it to everyone I know

For me these work better than anything I have ever tried like Advil and aleve. I take 2 excedrin and my headache is always relieved. They are a good size and do not have a weird taste. If what you’re using currently isn’t relieving your pain definitely try this!

That means taking less doses for me and that's a big benefit. It also lets me move in with my day faster. Less doses also means I use less which makes this a better value for me.
