This is the only one that I buy!! It works within 20 minutes!!! I have a very low pain threshold and while I used to take 2, I found that I only need 1 for 99% of aches & pains!!! So, I get to save on the pills AND be pain free!!! I have them in every purse I use so I'm never without them. DON'T EVER PULL THIS OFF THE MARKET IF YOU CAN POSSIBLY HELP IT!! THANK YOU!!!! I've used Excedrin products for many years. Every once in awhile I tried others that just did not work as well or not at all. Our family used most of the Excedrin medications ( I'm still waiting for back & body to return) and we are all very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin is my go to headache medicine. It always cures tough tension and sinus headaches. You do need to eat before taking as it can cause an upset tummy. But nothing on the market compares to kicking a tough headache like Excedrin

Gives pain relief in about 20 minutes.

It’s a great value for something I use very often.

It could be the caffeine or it could be something else in the ingredients, but these are the only pills that I'll take to get rid of a headache.
