This stuff works so well, especially if I have a caffeine headache. Unfortunately I’m cheap though and usually buy similar off brand versions

I always use these I have them in my purse and in my car and at home I love them they definitely take the pain away within the 10 min

Excedrin is my go to for pain relief. It's the only brand that provides instant relief. It never fails me!

Not a popular brand for my family and I but it works wonders when this happens, especially a go to when I am at work

They work good. I guess. I have a high tolerance so they don't really do much but for the most part they do the job.

The Extra Strength Excedrin to me are the most effective. When I have really bad headaches and also have menstrual pains, this works wonders. 

Literally have a bottle of these in my purse right now, great for those days when I can't seem to be able to get rid of a headache
