It works, but you do have to be aware of any added caffeine you decide to consume when taking these. Menstrual cramps, headaches, arthritis, toothaches...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about a life-changer! The Excedrin extra strength headache was quick to work and effective in getting rid of a splitting headache that just wouldn’t go away. The easy to swallow capsules make this pain reliever a go to in my house now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin Extra Strength is my go-to painkiller, especially for stubborn headaches. I find that the combination of Acetaminophen (Tylenol), Aspirin, and Caffeine works much better than plain Tylenol or Advil does. I recently tried the Excedrin Extra Strength Headache formula. I thought it was just as effective as the regular extra strength product. Upon comparing the two, it seems that they are actually the same product. They have the same ingredients, strengths, dosages and form (caplets). I am not sure why they named the same product with a different name, unless they are re-naming it. I found this to be confusing because Excedrin is not just for headaches. It is also advertised for muscle aches, arthritis, colds, flu, even menstrual cramps. As long as the product itself has stayed the same though, I will continue to purchase and use Excedrin because it is consistently more effective than its competitors.

Literally! I have the worst headaches ever! Living in Louisiana temperatures raise to 100 degrees easily and I'm always outside doing something either with my yard or kids. Often I have headaches that takes hours to get rid of but whenever I get my hand on this, I can move mountains afterwards ! My go pain reliever ! Highly recommend !

Excedrin is the only otc medication that has ever been able to put a dent in my awful headaches. The excedrin migraine works about the same as the regular brand even though I was hoping it would perform a little better. All in all though, excedrin in still the only brand ill purchase

Excedrin works great for my horrible sinus headaches. What I did not know is that it's great for toothaches, arthritis, and other minor aches and pains. I get frequent headaches and this is my favorite and go to brand. It works well with aches and pains too. It relieves my headache and pain quick. It is the perfect combo of ingredients to help any situation. I would definitely recommend this product.
