If my first option doesn’t work, I always resort to excedrin extra strength or migraine. Works pretty well but not consistently for me.

Works great if I take it as soon as the pain starts. I try not to take it too often. Definitely better than normal strength Excedrin.

Excedrin does a great job of curing little pains. It activated quickly once taken. I usually taken this pain medicine first before any other brand.
